GENERAL CONDITIONS

The prices above are per day per apartment, not for person.
The price includes: bed linen, bath linen, electricity, hot-water, and tax.
The price for heating, if asked, is € 60,00 for a week. Deposit of € 100,00
(by cash or by credit card) is required upon arrival.
Final cleanings included in the price except the cleaning of the kitchenette and rubbish-removed that must be made from the guests.
For booking send € 105, 00.
There are free parking in this neighborhood;  special permission for parking in the on-payment street of the town (3,00 euro/day) allowed by request.
Arrival:  the stay will start from 3.00 p.m. until 7.00 p.m.
Departure: apartment must be vacated by 9.30 a.m. (later will be calculated as one day more). Arrivals out of hours must be agreed in advance. In high season bookings are only accepted Saturday to Saturday.

TYP STUDIO - For 2 / 3 persons: living room with divan bed and two foldaway beds, kitchenette, shower and toilet (about 35 square meters).
TYP A - For 2 / 3 persons: living room with divan bed, kitchenette, and one bed room with two beds, shower and toilet (about 50 square meters).
TYP B - For 3 / 4 persons: living room with double divan bed, kitchenette, and one bed room with two beds, shower and toilet (about 50 square meters).
TYP C - For 4 / 5 persons: living room with divan bed, kitchenette, and two bed room with two beds, shower and toilet (about 65 square meters).
